Privacy and data use

We use the information you provide to manage expressions of interest in OpenEUC, understand who the initiative could serve, and let you return later to edit your response.

What we collect

We collect your email address for access codes, the answers you choose to submit and basic security audit data such as hashed IP information and user agent.

Optional information

Profile, support, comments and demographic questions are optional. Leave anything blank that you do not want to share. Public demographic counts below 5 are suppressed.

What we publish

The public dashboard only shows anonymised aggregate statistics. It does not show names, emails, organisation names, free-text messages, suggestions or skills summaries.

Deleting your data

Contact privacy@openeuc.org if you want your response or account data deleted.
